— strictly no cancellations !! if buyer insists to cancel, 50% of the total order must be paid
— items are to be paid payo, but i allow flexi dop with a non-refundable dp
— i collect a ₱15 packing fee
— you can ask for picture/video condition of items
— all items are official unless stated otherwise
— in case of missing items, no unboxing video = no refund
— lost/damaged parcels are out of my control, hence no refund will be given
